The first Retro Games Furry Convention Germany 2026

From 11–14 June we invite you back to the “Land-Steakhaus Marxheim” (near Ingolstadt/Donauwörth). Expect four days full of furry retro gaming flair, community fun, panels, workshops, fursuit activities, and a big Dealers’ Den to explore. Join us for an unforgettable weekend of Furry mixed with creativity and gaming nostalgia.

Get ready! The “Landsteakhaus” in Marxheim transforms into our game world, waiting for you to explore at Furvaria, the Bavarian furry convention in Germany 2026! Between pixel aesthetics and chiptune vibes, we dive straight into the retro game era. The panel rooms and the outdoor area turn into levels to explore, all connected by short paths – no annoying loading screens or disk swaps in between (at least the developers promised!).

Whether you’re into arcade action, console nostalgia, or just hanging out together, every gaming style is welcome here! The convention’s entire venue offers plenty of space for high scores, item-shops to buy new exciting stuff, and creative encounters not just with NPCs. Our quiet areas serve as safe save points to catch your breath and recharge your personal furry energy bars.

All around, small action points are waiting to be discovered. Classics from the 8-bit world and modern games bring older and younger fluffy and nonfluffy attendees together and encourage a shared run through all upcoming levels and playfields.

The Food Corner is your energy refill between two levels, stocking you up with fresh points for your next adventure. Whether you’re craving a sweet power-up or a savory buff, this is where you recharge and gear up for the next round of the con.

CHARITY

With great kindness comes great support.

The charity-activity is a special side quest where a few coins can make the biggest difference! Together, we collect coins ‘n’ points for a good-cause and aim to beat the high score.

QUICK TRAVEL

Availability of the shuttle service is subject to demand.

Easily jump between worlds via our universal serial BUS service.

The transfer takes on the role of a fast travel system for you. Instead of exhausting walks or complicated navigation, the bus launches you straight into the next level – at the start of the day, throughout the event, and after each con day ends. That leaves more time for gaming fun, panels, and hanging out together.

After every con day, the bus provides a safe ride back to your save point. No detours, no backtracking, no game over caused by missed connections.

Travel together from level to level. Hop on, lean back, and get ready for the next adventure!

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

JESUS SAVES

Hallelujah! Another soul saved! Luckily, our convention is not Anywhere (nor) close to San Andreas, so it won’t cost you $50,000 for a save.

Don’t get wasted! After a long day filled with panels, games, and countless encounters, your well-earned Pause screen awaits. The rooms provide all the comfort you need during downtime, letting you recharge your stats and get ready for the next adventure.

This is where new friendships are saved, old connections are reloaded, and everything keeps getting updated in real time.
