Application form for vendors

Thank you for your interest in selling or presenting your artwork, crafts, or other products at Furvaria. Please read the information below before completing the application form.

We can offer approximately six to eight tables in our Dealers’ Den for vendors who would like to run their own stand directly at Furvaria.

Application Timeline

  • The application period for the Dealers’ Den will remain open until May 5th, 2026, 18:00 CET.
  • Unfortunately, later submissions cannot be considered.

After the submission period has closed, the Dealers’ Den team will review all applications. Selected vendors will be contacted, and all applicants will receive a response.

General Information

If you haven’t read the information for vendors, please take your time to check-out and read the page before applying.

Vendors have the chance selling in one of six market stands (photo of the actual stand below). There will be an overflow tent with regular tables as well. Depending on the number of applications, we will spread out the Dealer’s area and/or assign two vendors per market stand.

Good to know for your booth

Dealers are expected to keep their table open during the official Dealers’ Den opening hours unless otherwise agreed with the Dealers’ Den team.

  • Setup on Friday starting at 13:00
  • Friday: 15:00 – 19:00
  • Saturday: 13:00 – 17:00

Space at the convention venue is limited, and only a small portion can be allocated to the Dealers’ Den. Therefore, we can only accommodate a limited number of stands (approximately 6–8).

Our goal is to create a diverse Dealers’ Den with a wide range of artists and products. Please describe your offerings as clearly and in as much detail as possible in your application.

Applications will be reviewed based on objective criteria and the information provided in the form. If we are unable to offer you a table this year, we kindly ask for your understanding.

Due to the limited number of Dealers’ Den tables, Furvaria will also operate a shared convention stand.

At this stand, we will sell Furvaria merchandise as well as items from participating organizations. Vendors who are unable to attend the convention, or who were not selected for their own table, may have the option to sell a small selection of their items through this shared stand.

Our staff will manage a shared cash register and keep records of all sales separately for each participating vendor. For each sale, we will record the sold item and the buyer’s registration number, allowing vendors to issue receipts if necessary.

Further information and required documents will be sent directly to you if this option becomes relevant. As with all offers, space is limited and each application will be reviewed individually.

We have two base widths: The single size is at least 120cm wide, the double 240cm. More information will be provided to all accepted vendors.

We will have base lighting available. You must bring additional lights required for decoration or spotlights yourself. If requested, we offer a single power socket. Technical specifications will be provided to all accepted vendors.

This authorization is generally irrevocable with respect to materials already produced, published, or distributed. You confirm that you are authorized to provide this permission.

Vendor Rules

    As a vendor, you are responsible for your own merchandise, display materials, payments and any legal or tax obligations that may apply to your sales.

    Please only sell work that you created yourself, have the rights to sell, or are otherwise legally allowed to offer. Bootlegs, stolen or traced artwork, unauthorized reproductions and other infringing merchandise are not permitted. AI-generated works may not be sold or displayed at Furvaria. The sale of food or drinks for immediate consumption is not permitted.

    Please do not display explicit material openly. Adult content must be handled discreetly and only in accordance with Furvaria’s age rules and applicable law. If you intend to sell mature- or adult-rated items, please indicate this upfront when applying. The Dealers’ Den staff will let you know how these items are handled.

    Please arrive early enough for vendor check-in and setup. Detailed times will be sent to approved vendors before the convention. Bring everything you need for your display, signage, payment handling and table presentation. Information about the table size, chairs and any optional requested extras will be communicated/confirmed before the event, usually upon acceptance of your application.

    We ask you to adhere to the opening hours unless specifically discussed upfront with the Dealers’ Den team. This has both organizational and legal reasons. Dealers are expected to keep their table open during the official Dealers’ Den opening hours unless otherwise agreed with the Dealers’ Den team.

    The decision of the organizing team regarding acceptance or rejection of a vendor is final. Decisions are made at the sole discretion of the organizing team. Furvaria reserves the right to cancel the allocated booth or make changes at any time if deemed necessary.

    We will make our best effort to fulfil your requirements and requests. However, we cannot guarantee their availability and cannot be held liable if any requirements cannot be fulfilled.
