Room, Camping & Booking Information

To make planning your stay a little easier, we have arranged room contingents with selected hotels (accessible until May, 1st) and will also forward camping requests to the venue for the campsite.

We then collect your request and forward it to the respective accommodation provider. The hotel or campsite operator will take care of confirmation, booking details, and payment directly with you.

Legal note: Furvaria does not sell accommodation itself. Any accommodation contract is concluded exclusively between you and the respective hotel or the convention venue as operator of the campsite; we only forward your request and are not the contractual party or a tour operator.

Choose your preferred place to stay during Furvaria

You can find information about hotel rooms or our onsite camping on the Furvaria website.

Camping onsite is the option we recommend if you don’t want to travel between the accommodation and venue. It is also a cheaper option.

Furvaria has also blocked rooms in hotels in Donauwörth until May 1st, 2026; you may also find other B&B options nearby (then this guide does not apply to you).

Register for the convention

Order your tickets once the registration opens. The accommodation options will be shown after you selected your ticket tier.

The earlier you register, the more likely your accommodation option is still available. Hotel rooms are not available through the convention and must be booked on your own (booking period ended on May, 1st).

If no accommodation options are shown, either the booking period has already ended or all rooms and camping spots are fully booked.

In this case, please continue your convention registration without booking accommodation and arrange your overnight stay separately.

Furvaria can provide only limited booking support in this situation.

Wait for the Booking Confirmation

Furvaria does not sell accommodation for legal reasons.

We will notify once your booking request has been forwarded. This may take several days, as we are forwarding requests in batches. Thank your for your patience.

After our e-mail, you should receive a timely confirmation directly from the accommodation. Check your spam folder also. If you do not receive any confirmation by the hotel within three business days, please let us know and we’ll investigate.
