Panel Application Form
Hello there!
We’re excited to see your interest in contributing to Furvaria! We’d be happy to help you host your panel. The first step is to fill out the form below.
- The main submission period ends on April 19, 2026.
- Once the main submission period has closed, we will review all panel ideas.
- The confirmation whether your panel can take place will follow in the days until May 3rd, 2026.
- Submissions between April 19 and May 3rd will be checked and answered “as we go”.
- Panels submitted within the main submission period will be given priority due to scheduling constraints.
- You may continue to apply for panels after May 3rd.
- Responses may slow down significantly or even stop the closer we get to the convention days.
- For very spontaneous ideas, please consider asking at the convention Infodesk onsite.
After submitting this form, you will receive:
- a submission confirmation right after sending in your form, as well as
- a response once a decision has been made, latest by May 3rd, 2026 (given you submitted before that deadline).

Panel Rules

Panels must not contain any discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate content. Potentially dangerous activities might require an additional review by the Convention Security Team. Please be sure to include everything we should know in your application to help us understand your idea better.
- 2Please respect the assigned time slot and arrive on time for your session.

The decision of the organizing team regarding acceptance or rejection of a panel is final. Decisions are made at the sole discretion of the organizing team. Furvaria reserves the right to cancel the allocated time slot or make changes at any time if deemed necessary.

Participation & hosting is at your own responsibility.

We will make our best effort to fulfil your requirements and requests. However, we cannot guarantee their availability and cannot be held liable if any requirements cannot be fulfilled.

Panels dürfen keine diskriminierenden, beleidigenden oder unangemessenen Inhalte enthalten. Potenziell gefährliche Aktivitäten können eine zusätzliche Prüfung durch das Convention Security Team erfordern. Bitte achte darauf, dass deine Einreichung vollständig ist, damit wir deinen Vorschlag besser einordnen können.
- 2Bitte halte dich an die zugewiesene Zeit und erscheine pünktlich zu deinem Slot.

Die Entscheidung des Organisationsteams über Annahme oder Ablehnung eines Panels ist endgültig. Entscheidungen obliegen alleinig dem Organisationsteam. Die Furvaria behält sich das Recht vor, bei Bedarf den zugewiesenen Zeitslot zu stornieren oder jederzeit Änderungen vorzunehmen.
