Information for Dealers/Vendors
Sell your art, crafts and merchandise at Furvaria
Furvaria welcomes artists, makers, crafters and independent vendors who want to bring their work to the convention. Our vendor area (“Dealers’ Den”) is intended as a friendly, curated marketplace where attendees can browse original art, handmade goods, commissions, fursuit items, accessories, prints and other fandom-related creations.
How does the Dealers’ Den work at Furvaria?
Approved vendors may sell from their assigned table during the Dealers’ Den opening times. This keeps selling fair for everyone and avoids conflicts with programming and local applicable laws.
We expect all booths to remain open during the Dealers’ Den opening hours unless other arrangements have been made with Dealers’ Den management.
Your table space should stay tidy, safe and within the area assigned to you. Please keep aisles clear and do not block neighboring tables, exits or walkways.
The Dealers’ Den opening hours, with the preliminary schedule as of March 28th, 2026 (might be subject to change), are:
- Friday afternoon
- Saturday afternoon
Please only sell work that you created yourself, have the rights to sell, or are otherwise legally allowed to offer. Bootlegs, stolen or traced artwork, unauthorized reproductions and other infringing merchandise are not permitted. AI-generated works may not be sold or displayed at Furvaria.
As a vendor, you are responsible for your own merchandise, display materials, payments and any legal or tax obligations that may apply to your sales.
Please do not display explicit material openly. Adult content must be handled discreetly and only in accordance with Furvaria’s age rules and applicable law. If you intend to sell mature- or adult-rated items, please indicate this upfront when applying. The Dealers’ Den staff will let you know how these items are handled.
You can apply for a vendor table without being registered for the convention first. This makes it easier to submit your application and wait for confirmation before committing further.
To apply, please send in your vendor application with your artist or business name, contact details, and links to your portfolio, gallery, online shop or social media. This helps the team get an overview of your work and your planned products. You must use the application form published on this page.
Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee a table. Applications may be reviewed to keep the vendor area balanced, varied and suitable for Furvaria.
Once a table is confirmed, all vendors, assistants and other table helpers must be registered as regular Furvaria attendees.
We are currently evaluating if the last year’s model of selling by proxy (i.e. Furvaria selling in your name in case you can’t get a table) is feasible. We will make an announcement and let you know on this page once the details of the Dealers’ Den are finalized.
