Bitte benenne die Dateien mit deinem oben angegebenen Fursona-Namen, damit wir wissen, wer wer ist. Alle Teilnehmenden werden gleich und respektvoll behandelt – unabhängig von Fursuit, Aussehen, Geschlechtsidentität oder Herkunft.

Dein Song darf maximal 1:30 Minuten lang sein. Es kann ein einzelner Song oder ein Mix sein.
Falls dein Song oder Mix fragwürdige Texte enthält, wird er nicht verwendet. Alle Einsendungen werden vorab geprüft.

Your song should be a maximum of 1:30 minutes long. It can be a single song or a mix. If your song or mix contains questionable lyrics, it will not be used. All submissions will be screened beforehand. (If you have issues with the attachment, please send the file directly to @Saltatia via Telegram.)

Bitte sei 30 Minuten vor Beginn der Show da. Wenn du nicht spätestens 15 Minuten vorher anwesend bist, wirst du disqualifiziert.

Unangemessenes oder respektloses Verhalten (gegenüber anderen Tänzer*innen, der Jury oder sonst jemandem im Raum) kann zur Disqualifikation führen.

Wenn dein Song oder Mix länger als 1:30 Minuten ist, wird er gekürzt.

Es ist zwar ein Wettbewerb, aber wir sind trotzdem hier, um Spaß zu haben. Macht euch nicht über andere lustig und behandelt alle Teilnehmenden gleich!

Änderungen vorbehalten; diese werden allen Teilnehmenden rechtzeitig und über E-Mail (ggf. zusätzlich über die 2. Kontaktmöglichkeit) mitgeteilt.

Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Die gesetzliche Haftung, insbesondere bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, bleibt unberührt.

Please arrive 30 minutes before the show starts. If you are not there at least 15 minutes beforehand, you will be disqualified.

Inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour (towards other dancers, judges, or anyone else in the room) may result in disqualification from the competition.

If your song or mix is longer than 1:30 minutes, it will be cut.

This is a competition, but we’re still here to have fun. Don’t make fun of each other and treat every contestant equally!

Terms are subject to change; any updates will be communicated to all participants in time via email (and, if needed, through the second contact option).

Participation is at your own risk. Statutory liability, especially in cases of intent or gross negligence, remains unaffected.
Datenschutzhinweise
Bitte stimme zu, dass wir deine Daten wie folgt nutzen dürfen: Wir speichern und verarbeiten die eingereichten Daten für die Dance Competition im Rahmen der Furvaria 1 zu folgenden Zwecken:
- Organisation der Dance Competition
- Kontaktaufnahme zu dir als teilnehmende Person im Vorfeld und nach der Convention
- Vorstellung deines Steckbriefs auf der Bühne und ggf. auf Social Media
Empfänger der Daten:
- Deine Bewerbung wird vom Planungsteam der Dance Competition gesichtet und beantwortet.
- Der Fursona-Name, die Biografie und das Foto können genutzt werden, um dich dem Publikum und der Jury vorzustellen.
- Die Jury erhält einen Steckbrief mit deiner Bewerbung.
- Eine Weitergabe an weitere Dritte ist ohne deine Zustimmung ausgeschlossen.
Löschung:
- Die gespeicherten Daten werden von uns nach Ende der Convention, spätestens jedoch in sechs Monaten nach der Einreichung gelöscht.
Abseits dieses Formulars werden während der Dance Competition von deinem Auftritt möglicherweise Bild- und Videoaufnahmen angefertigt, die die Furvaria und der veranstaltende Verein zur Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (z.B. auf der Webseite und Social Media) nutzen. Wenn du diese Nutzung spezifisch ablehnen möchtest, teile uns das bitte oben in den Sonderwünschen mit.
Data Protection Information
Please consent to the usage of your data: We store and process the submitted information for the Dance Competition as part of Furvaria 1 for the following purposes:
- Organization of the Dance Competition
- Contacting you as a participant before and after the convention
- Presenting your profile on stage and possibly on social media
Recipients of the data: Your application will be reviewed and answered by the planning team of the Dance Competition.
- Your fursona name, biography, and photo may be used to introduce you to the audience and the judges.
- The judges will receive a profile with your application.
- Any transfer to further third parties is excluded without your consent.
Deletion:
- The stored data will be deleted after the end of the convention, at the latest six months after submission.
Outside of this form, photo and video recordings of the Dance Competition may be taken during the event. Furvaria and the organizing association may use these for public relations purposes (e.g. on the website and social media). If you wish to specifically object to this use, please let us know in the "special requests" section above.
